Home Grown wants you to be completely satisifed with your purchases. If you have any problems whatsoever, please contact us and let us know. HG will wholeheartedly try to resolve any concerns you may have in order to ensure your satisfaction.
Each Product is hand crafted and inspected before shipment to ensure a quality product. We guarantee the product against any defects in materials or workmanship for thirty (30) days from the time you receive it. No refunds will be made, but we will repair or replace product free of charge if the product fails within the 30 day covered period. Please do not return any item to us unless we request it. This guarantee is void if the product has been mishandled, altered, taken apart, subjected to unusual strenuous wear, or used for any purpose other than that for which it is intent

Delivery Time

All of the items will ship directly to you from Sydney, Australia via Standard Mail unless requested otherwise.
Once payment is received, it usually takes 14 days for an order to be made & processed. Once processing is complete, delivery time can range from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on your location.
HG always strive to give a fair and accurate estimate for an item's arrival. However, the speed of the mail can fluxuate for a variety of reasons. As a result, delivery could be faster or slower than our estimate.

Shipping Costs
The shipping/handling (s/h) costs HG states are 'fixed' costs and include actual mail postage, materials, and processing/packaging/handling. The s/h rates are always clearly marked, so please be aware of what the costs are if you decide make an order.

We always do combine items when possible to save you money but over so many items it will be a higher Postage cost.

While Australia Post is usually a smooth and easy experience, we are NOT responsible for any items which are "lost in the mail" or stolen. We offer every buyer the option of Registered Mail as part of the shipping process. If you opt for Registered Mail we will glady assist with tracing should there be any problems.
